Appointment Policies

Our appointments are scheduled specifically for each patient. We ask that you kindly notify us at least 2 business days in advance if you are unable to attend to avoid a cancellation charge. We will gladly reschedule another convenient time for you. We try our best to run on schedule and ask that you do your best to be on time. If you are late, we may have to reschedule your appointment so that other patients are not kept waiting.

Emergency Patient Policies

As a courtesy to our prescheduled patients, a phone call is requested to reduce waiting time for everyone. For emergencies outside of patient hours, please call our phone and listen to the voice mail for instructions. Please note that at an emergency appointment, the doctor will relieve your discomfort and make diagnosis regarding necessary treatment. At that time we would be happy to discuss treatment and fees.

Financial Policies

Payments for routine services such as examinations, x-rays, cleanings and emergency visits are due at the time services are provided. Insurance claims will be filed by our administrative staff. We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, and Debit.

As a courtesy to our patients we will go through insurance for their portion on your behalf. Any co-payment or deductible not paid by the insurance is due at each appointment. Each fee is individual with the patient and not based on the assumption the insurance company will pay all of our charges. It is the patient’s responsibility to know and understand their insurance policy. Any amount unpaid by the insurance company will be the patient’s responsibility.

A written estimate will be provided for all restorative and comprehensive/prosthodontic dental treatment. A predetermination will be sent on your behalf to the insurance company. Regardless of the estimate payment by your insurance company, all payments are due for all complex treatment or for all patients receiving treatment under IV sedation prior to treatment commencing.
